RSI, short for Repetitive Strain Injury also known as typing injury, is something a lot of us computer addicted have to experience someday. Personally I’m way to lazy to be one of them, but I know some of the hard workers out there will have a real use for the following application.
Anti RSI is a small tool that reminds you to take a short break once in a while. The app checks how hard you work and only remind you if there’s really a need for a break. The application is open-source, so have a look at the source if you want and of course that means that the app is free.
Btw, if you never had any problems, it’s like with most other medical conditions, you better prepare now, because if you already experience problems, it’s most likely too late.
