Only one day after the official announcement, the black 4GB version of the new iPod nano already became the second most popular electronic product at Amazon and will most likely become number one later this day! At the same time the white 4GB iPod nano only made it to position 17. The color white was Apple’s best friend for a long time, but it could very well be that the black nano will mark the beginning of the end of that color. Who knows, maybe the Intel Macs next year will be all black. I personally like black, so that’s perfectly fine with me and as the Amazon popularity list shows, I’m by far not the only one. While white still wins in a Googlefight, I think the time of it’s domination finally comes to an end.
Hey, maybe if the new products will become all black, that could mean that Steve will now wear all white. You have been warned.
