Omitting Apple apps and some that have already been mentioned, here’s what I come up with:
• CodeTek VirtualDesktop Pro
• DEVONthink Pro
• EyeTV/EyeHome
• iNet Stream Archiver
• Missing Sync for Palm OS
• MPEG Streamclip
• Mulberry
• SplashID Desktop
• SuperDuper!
• Toast Titanium
A few of those would be better categorized as useful than favorite.
