Where has my diskspace gone?

Ever wondered where all your diskspace has gone? I do this at least once per week. Thx to Disk Inventory X I finally found the answer to this question and was able to get rid of a whopping 12GB. Normally if you need to make fresh space on your disk, you first delete things like your browser cache, system log files and you make a search for the huge files you could get rid off. However, Disk Inventory X helps you to really identify space problems on your disk much better than that. The app shows you a graphical representation of the files on your disk, called a treemap. This lets you identify exactly how big a file, a folder or a whole group of files with the same filetype is in relation to all the other files/filetypes. The application is free, so definitely give it a try, I’m sure you’ll like it.

Now as we already mentioned treemaps, here’s an other great application (online) that uses treemaps to show you the most popular Google News of the moment. One of my favorite Flash projects by the way. I used to have this as my dynamic desktop wallpaper for a while.

To gain maximum knowledge of the network world, go for some online courses like N10-003 and SY0-101. You will easily be able to play with the wireless cable concept. It will not be hard to install a computer software without any instructions. Not only this, you will also be able to work on a remote pc software. Sounds too good? Bet it is!
