As if any more good news couldn’t come out for Mac users, today a third party programmer announced a closed beta of “TeamSpeex”, a Mac compatible version of the very popular (PC & Linux) Teamspeak Voice over IP client for gamers.
So I was tired of waiting and seeing Mac users being left in the dark and not supported by not having a client, up until now of course because (you probably already guessed it) TeamSpeex is a TeamSpeak client for Mac OS X!
The release should be very soon; we’ll have you updated.

Hi, the developer of TeamSpeex here.
Just letting you know I have a RSS subscription on OS X Code here and that I saw this headline flying by, was pretty unexpected

All the blogs posted nearly the same today (not surprising after yesterdays “one more thing” show), boring. Than I’ve seen your announcement at digg and thought “why not?”, this could actually be something that not many will have seen already somewhere else.
However, hope you inform me when it’s ready.

Savvy! I’ve been looking all over for some info regarding your site! I’ve downloaded your program, and for some reason it just wont launch on my computer. The icon will pop up on my bottom bar but immediately close! Why oh why does this happen? I’ve been waiting forever for this and it seems my computer is just torturing me…. If this is something you know about please help!
P.S. I am on 10.3.6 and I have downloaded the original open beta, and the one that is supposedly supposed to work for 10.3, hope this helps.

Hey, I looked all around before i found a provider that offered free Speex codecs on Teamspeak. I highly reccommend DarkStar (http://www.darkstarllc.com/, as I have used them for 3 months now and can verify mac compatibility.
