In total, Apple holds 14 of the top 25 positions in Amazon’s top-selling computers list. Currently the only non-Mac in the top ten is a Sony Vaio notebook at position four. At the top of the list is the 12.1″ iBook followed by the 14.1″ iBook. An iMac G5 20″ completes the top three. Pretty impressive for a company with currently only ~5% market share.

Impressive, but a bit skewed due to the fact that Apple is the only manufacturer of Macs, with limited variety of products. Compared with several dozen brands of pcs Amazon offers, and a much larger variety of actual models. If you added up all the sales of the top 4-5 pc brands, I’m sure it would outweigh Apple.

Defenitely. Would be interesting to get those numbers somehow and than do the 95% to 5% math with them.
